RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items received.

  • Incorrect products shipped.

  • Expired products.

To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Non-perishable items: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Perishable items: Notify us within 24 hours if spoilage or damage is detected.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at customercare@goshudh.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

 

4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (damaged/incorrect items).

  • Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

 

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

 

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact us promptly for cancellations.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return process must be followed.

 

8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery if possible.

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product for a replacement or refund.
